Pros

Great culture, nice people, beautiful office, laid-back management and yet knowledgeable/helpful

Cons

More contract employees that perm. employees. If you're a contract employee... best of luck ever flipping to perm. Also, very tough branch out and learn more outside of your role.... people don't want to share as willingly or be as open.

Pros

Good salary Good infrastructure (location, fit-out, IT equipment)

Cons

A large number of leaders fail to empower employees and continue to micro-manage without using full delegation authority Company is allegedly going through a transformation to remove complexity/bureaucracy and increase productivity. Whilst this is correct for some areas/departments, the commercial/procurement area have a growing number of controls/restrictions leading to a general feeling of distrust from management towards employees. Lack of focus on coaching/personal development of employees who often feel that no career progression is possible
