Pros

Good people, profitable business, community involvement

Cons

Unproductive and disfunctional month end, quarter end, year end exercises to hit stretch targets, followed by 2 weeks of digging out of the hole you dug for month end numbers while coming up with explanations for why you are behind pace for new month, followed by more dysfunction to meet monthly target....cycle continues. Poor hiring practices, while acting in accordance with all laws the senior leadership team showed favoritism to some groups of people by overruling hiring decisions. Business decisions often made personal, many people seemed to have an agenda that was not in best interest of the business.
