Pros

Great early development opportunities and fantastic entry-level salary and benefits. Great coworkers. Lots of opportunities with the company if you're willing to travel and live in remote locations, where the majority of plants are located. The company had one of the most robust safety programs I've seen and seemed to legitimately care about employee well-being.

Cons

Without transferring to other plants growth opportunities are limited. US business was poorly managed. Entry-level pay for management positions was very good, however the pay scale did not continue to be competitive. After 5 years of continually receiving the maximum annual raises pay was behind that of peers in other companies who initially had made less.
