Pros

Employees bond together over the unacceptable lack of support and resources from management. Everyone is in the same boat. Medical benefits are great. Brand recognition.

Cons

Employees are extensively overextended with large scope projects without proper resources. Setup to fail from the beginning. Dinosaur age infrastructure. No IT support. Configuration control is almost non-existent. Management is clueless - no vision or direction, and no technical expertise either. High turnover rate. Hostile work environment. Problems with noncompliance! You're basically on your own.
