Pros

I worked 33 1/2 years at Point Comfort. Benefits was good. I retired with the expectation Alcoa would furnish Insurance. which they did until Jan 2016 !

Cons

Alcoa stopped funding my medicare supplement on Jan 2016. I now spend $3000 + per year for my supplement.

Pros

1. Good people trying to do the right thing. 2. Benefits were pretty good. 3. Business decisions did not cascade down

Cons

Salaried team is understaffed and no development and or growth offered. Very political and good people get frustrated by antiquated policies. No incentive to "change" and the culture is mired in the past.
