Pros

Lots of opportunities to move within the company, rather it's laterally or up. Always looked forward to coming in for work.

Cons

Will get rid of you the first chance they get, and it wouldn't matter what it is for. I put in so much hard work, that I could not believe they would treat an employee that way.

Pros

Good place to work. Good people, pay, & benefits thanks to USW Local 104! The hourly people are good about looking out for each other's safety. The managers are well balanced in their approach to productivity and safety as well as worker relations.

Cons

Struggling industry conditions in primary metals division however, caused lots of production and some skilled trades people to lose their jobs in 2016.

Pros

Great technology. Long favorable history as a market leader that commands respect in the industry.

Cons

Complete lack of structure. Virtually no respect for employees. A haven for Lean Six Sigma activity. Reputation for a strong, positive business culture has no foundation.
