Pros

Good benefits. Poor Communication. Lead in place that should have never been.

Cons

Really bad leads. Some are good, some are bad.

Pros

Attractive job title, benefits, future-oriented manufacturing.

Cons

Pathologically disorganized, extremely poorly managed at the group level, dysfunctional team dynamics, no work/life balance. My job function, along with all of the aforementioned problems, went with the value-add company, Arconic after the separation from Alcoa.

Pros

Alcoa has a very comfortable work environment. Friendly people and flexible hours with good compensation. Growing industry and profit.

Cons

Alcoa can get stuck in the old way of doing things and old organization ways. Many people did not get their yearly bonus because of work even though the profit exceeded last years.
