Pros

The pay seemed pretty comparable to other companies in the same industry, benefits were as expected, pretty standard place of employment.

Cons

Everyone began to feel that this company was extremely focused on numbers and the employee culture began to decline, which was a sad thing to see.

Pros

The company is very supportive of their Co-ops and their individual development. I was given relevant and challenging projects on a timely basis to help with my development. I was given the freedom to work on the projects without constant supervision, which gave me the opportunity to be creative.

Cons

The company is extremely large and as a Co-op trying to get in touch with other departments that a project involved was difficult. I also sat behind a desk most of my time, which for me personally was not something I enjoyed.

Pros

Pays very well, compensated for overtime, very good benefits i.e. insurance, 401k, the works.

Cons

It is a union environment, so everything is catered towards the union and keeping them happy, a lot of hours, extremely slow decision making.
