Pros

Can get a good exposure to manufacturing processes as a graduate. Frequent communication between different parts of the company.

Cons

Huge employee turn over rate combined with a lack of training opportunities make personal development rather difficult. Graduate scheme lacks structure.

Job was fun

Pros

There are plenty of good people to work with from the manufacturing and engineering groups. I enjoyed the community and the job I did.

Cons

Just as with every place, there were politics. Although these politics had the ultimate goal of driving to a profit, it often created more consternation and the potential for not following the rules as things should be. Brinksmanship can rule the day.
