Pros

Good maintenance practice intentions, there is a good grasp on what should be done on a reliability standpoint.

Cons

Poor communication from upper management. Supervisors are so overworked they can't supervise their employees properly.

- Good people to work with on shop floor. - Possible training (although very limited). - Good health and safety standard. - Good employee engagement program.

Cons

- Corrupted management (family members and friends covering their wrong doing) - Passive management (throw full responsibility for organisation, clanless, improvements and workflow on the machinist) - Irresponsible behaviours - Bullying and lack of constructive communication - Lack of help from any communication chain
