Pros

Opportunities for International work, training and advancement opportunities for new graduates, average benefits. Strong safety culture.

Cons

Future of company is uncertain given global commodity pricing swings, foreign competition, and management issues. Fewer opportunities than before for growth and mobility within the company partly due to company's heavy emphasis on diversity advancement. Personal performance is graded more on perception and quota system rather than actual effort and accomplishments.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to move within the company, rather it's laterally or up. Always looked forward to coming in for work.

Cons

Will get rid of you the first chance they get, and it wouldn't matter what it is for. I put in so much hard work, that I could not believe they would treat an employee that way.
