Pros

Good compensation, good benefits. And Alcoa have great opportunities for a man do culture, social and value things. I think this is the best job place in my area

Cons

It has not sooo good career oppurtunities. You won a job, you do it and it is great, really but I do not see the next step. It is okey but when you young, you know you are a titan, you want to do big project etc etc.

Pros

Social Responsibility, Environmental Responsibility, pay, benefits and corporate culture are all positive.

Cons

Performance management system is somewhat dehumanizing, and could be improved. Despite much effort, the company does not truly succeed as a lean organization.
