Pros

good health benefits and retirement plan, minimal supervision, employee can make own decisions regarding repairs. people always ready to help with any problems talking about coworkers .

Cons

low pay for craft personnel , management cant make no decisions on their own left up to employees. parts are hard to come by takes to much time to get the right parts even when ordering out of stores you get the wrong parts.
