Pros

Very good at family work balance. Fair pay. Good benefits. Need to bring back american standards, verses European and or Australian.

Cons

All talk about reliability advancement. Still in a reactive mode of maintenance. My challenge was to bring PdM to the next level. Too much flack from above and below.

Pros

It's a great paying job but the management can be very ignorant of the processes on the floor and have constant changing ideas and implementations that tend to disrupt processes, the hours can be very long and there is alot of overtime, a very good job if you don't have a family but very difficult if you have children or other obligations

Cons

very long hours, extreme heat, tendency to be a hazardous work enviroment
