Pros

Great campus setting, very nice people, exciting projects, focused on new products and innovation, good work life balance

Cons

Very expensive health insurance plans, overall poor benefit plan, way too political, personality can get you further than technical capability (which is sad), needs stronger technical leadership on projects, ineffective performance management program which doesn't reward sufficiently for technical/scientific talent and contributions, this place has mastered the art of "manufacturizing" research (which has totally killed all the fun that research can be)

Pros

A lot of overtime Simple set ups Easy to read blue prints Good parking and lunch area. A few treated meals every now and then. Yearly bonus and raise.

Cons

Mandatory saturdays, No recognition, small raises. Hard to advance. Only way to get a good wage is by leaving and returning around a year later.
