Pros

Located close to Perth, decent salary for non FIFO, interesting process with huge scope for learning detail and leveraging to improve the business. Wide promotional opportunities. Work with good people and above average work/life balance.

Cons

Slow moving culture for the most part, Capital funds difficult to secure. Standard woke credential cultivation of most large organisations.

Pros

Great CHRO Good people and possibility to participate in global projects International environement, lots of opportunities within the business

Cons

Used to have great TA leadership team, unfortunately some departures created a vacum. High turnover in management roles and unfitted reporting structure for a business of this size. Some micro-management and yet lack of proper performance mangement at functions level.
