Cons

Poor customer focus, misguided factory leadership, and inexperienced leader at the top. Under values on knowledge and experience. Has a proven track record for repeating bad business practices.

Pros

Opportunities for advancement with the two plants that I worked in. Leadership very positive and knowledgeable; Great teamwork on the shop floor between management and hourly employees.

Cons

Had to put in a lot of hours to get the position I was in before I left the company
