Disappointing experience with a poor company

Pros

Alcoa is a huge company that isn't going anywhere. If you're looking to be invisible and just do your work, you can succeed, as long as you don't want to move up.

Cons

Alcoa doesn't trust or listen to their employees. The management is out for themselves instead of creating a collaborative environment to help everyone succeed. If you don't bend over backward to make your boss look good, he won't like you.
