Giant corporate machine

Pros

The benefits were exceptional, and the compensation was fair. Depending on which specific plant or division you worked in your experience with that plants management could vary wildly.

Cons

Individual success was not cultivated or well recognized. Annual bonus's (very meager for most, mine was UP TO %5 salary), were usually applied on a group basis and did not even feel merit based.

- States publicly its values and lives them. - Has an environmental sustainability position and actively pursues it. - Best in Class research organization. - Worldwide presence. - Has navigated the economic climate better than others.

Cons

- Large company that sometimes moves like one (bureaucracy). - Expects to hire the best, but aims at the 50 percentile on salaries.

Decent salary, flexible hours, great health insurance plans

Cons

bad management, broken equipment, lack of tools, and supplies. There was a lot of favoritism towards certain employees.
