Pros

Good salary but for long hours.

Cons

Director is out of touch and number driven. Upsetting direct workers shifts, and thus homelife doesn't make for a happy workforce. Too much of a click between Management and certain employees making unfair treatment of 'not in the click' decent workers.

Pros

Alcoa is a very good company with world class values, best in class practices, in most businesses, and average good compansation packages.

Cons

Compensation for woman in some countries in GBS was not good enough. Below market average because of lack of attention from corporate offices to Mexico HR standards.
