Pros

1. Good compensation, benefits and relocation package 2. Opportunity to work with many long-tenured Alcoans with very strong knowledge/specialization within the industry. 3. Strong focus on values and EHS culture. 4. Appropriate level of management support for work/life balance.

Cons

1. Lack of training and development opportunities 2. Limited and not very well defined career paths within certain functions. 3. Senior leadership strips mid-level and site leadership of any true ability to run their businesses during "leaner" times. 4. Performance culture is weak - not enough accountability for poor performers.
