Pros

Great 401k match. Interact with teams across the globe. Competitive pay for region, but trails industry

Cons

Disjointed culture. Plants operate as individual sites - don't care about the rest of the company. Corporate can be a bit disconnected from the daily grind of a plant. Organizational review

Pros

Schedule. 15 days off every month. 7 days off in a row every month. Pay is above average (almost 27/hr). Benefits from day 1.

Cons

You're just a number. Especially during your probationary period. You wear a green hard hat while seasoned workers wear orange. Treated differently, no union protection during that time. HEAT. The potroom is a smelter. If you dehydrate easily, I can assure you this isn't the job for you. They hate if you go to medical like you're supposed to and will use it against you. God forbid if you get sick and call in during that 50 working day probation period.
