Good people, challenging culture.

Pros

Good people, resources on-site, safety focus, quality focus.

Cons

Corporate culture makes people feel like the bottom line supersedes all else, though that may not be the case. OT policy for hourly personnel is difficult (forced double shifts, forced Sundays, forced weekend OT that may or may not be regularly assigned shift).

Pros

Great pay, benefits are good but pay way too much for them.

Cons

Too many forced hours, NO time for family. Treat the floor work like a number. As I was told, if you don't like it. Leave. Too much favortism.
