Pros

The most competitive quality of the company is the benefit package which includes an annual bonus, 6% 401K match, and good health benefits.

Cons

They will not give internal job candidates the pay they deserve for promotions to new positions. External candidates get a better deal.

Pros

The atmosphere is amazing to work in. Everyone is doing everything they can to make the projects move forward. You are always busy and there is never a dull moment.

Cons

Depending on your job, you'll put a lot of work in. Management expects you to give your life but doesn't always value it. Since there is no longer a pension, the pros to benefits compared to other companies lacks.
