Pros

Alcoa Business System is top class. Good operational experience and go home every day. Technically challenging and stimulating.

Cons

Discriminating at management level. White first, then friends and family, then female and everyone else is last. Pay level is low for a mid-tier miner. Few senior positions are already occupied by those who dont deserve them. HR is useless. Managers rule even if they are bullying.
