Pros

Great movement room as long as you are willing to relocate. The salaries are good and the benefits are great. You can easily progress down your career path here.

Cons

Commodity based business, they take a cookie cutter approach to the best practices and don't have enough infrastructure to support the the needed changes to drive down cost while improving reliability.

Pros

Love the technology and the manufacturing/engineering culture. Had great managers over my 10 years with the company - and a couple who were not so great. Pay is fine. Colleagues were great.

Cons

Puts performance before values when it suits them. Communication through rumors. Hero to zero with people.

With no degree, the pay and benefits are great. Most departments are on a 3-2-2 schedule which allows time off during the week.

Cons

As a whole the management are great, there are a few that are a little difficult to work with for no apparent reason.
