Pros

Above market Superannuation contributions. Job Security and established process. Working from home arrangements make commuting less exhausting.

Cons

Slightly less perks than average mining companies in WA, however you will enjoy lifestyle by living close to urban centres and no FIFO needed.

Pros

2 years now at 4.700$ pre tax for 154 hours a month. can earn up to 6.470$ pre tax a month if I do extra shifts. raises are given every year, and hold up to inflation. A nice summer and christmas bonus, way higher than any other job I've had. easy to switch department or team if you don't feel good in your current team. 5 days on / 5 days off. CEO is a good man, cares about safety.

Cons

some tasks can be more stressful than others.
