Pros

Great pay, great benefits, World class Fortune 500 Company, but many complaints.

Cons

High turnover rate especially in certain departments. Frustrated managers punish the innocent as well as the guilty. Good employees are rarely recognized and many of the really bad ones never seem to get in trouble. I've seen some of the best temps get let go and some of the worst people get hired. Management very shortsighted and reactive in their response to issues and conditions.
