      I loved my job there but its now closed. The plant went out of business.

      The plant closed and my Alcoa family fell apart. I really miss this job and my co-workers!

      Ability to work independently Made great friends and an awesome social club. Very competitive salary.

      Cons

      The hours working on the refinery were a 7.30 start which was difficult when living a distance away.

      Lack of opportunities to step up unless you were part of the "inner circle". No perks or discounts for employees . Poor performance of senior management
