Pros

Good benefits and a competitive salary

Cons

Very political, very bureaucratic. They don't want you to come up with ideas, they want you to implement ideas that management bought from consultants. You have to be political in order to get anything done.

Pros

Large company with a fairly diverse product offering that is an industry leader in many ways. HR and management are often honest with you about your career even if it isn't what you want or expect to hear Really good soft skills program called tough stuff

Cons

Work life balance can suffer due to work and time commitments expected by management Although it is a large company career opportunities may not exist for you

Pros

Pay. Big Company. Safety procedure.

Cons

Poor Management blinded by personal preferences and prejudice. Low moral and no integrity, All they care is about their job security and promotion. Therefor, back stabbing is the culture. The worst is they don't realize it. Have to work holidays and weekends for salaried employees
