      Pros

      The AQE position requires hard, challenging work with cross functional teams. There are many leadership opportunities in the role. Management is always willing to reduce useless busy work. You will be coached. All managers in quality are great coaches and mentors. Shift schedule allows for 2 days off to equal 7 days off total.

      Cons

      Work hours definitely trickle into your off days. On-shift schedule makes 12.5 hour days the minimum (often more).
