Pros
Good growth prospects for the company due to its operation in niche area of Eyecare. Work life balance better than IT services company.
Cons
1. Work Opportunities and recognition are completely dependent on immediate Line Manager. 2. 3 days work from office mandate. Office located at Hebbal and most of the employees travel from core city limits have to spend good amount of time in commute. 2 days of WFO is sufficient. 3. Movement within the organization is very difficult if you want to switch to another team unless your leadership vouches for it. 4. HR interaction with employees is very limited, including exit interviews or attempt to retention.
