Large scale layoffs and remaining employees need to do more with less ( despite management saying that they don’t expect that) Negative atmosphere since last year’s layoffs, people are stressed and overwhelmed Too many projects going on in parallel and without a break Extremely Slow in replacing people who leave ( over 6 months to agree on budget) Business growing double digit and it seems that this is the only thing that matters to the management.
