Strict attendance policy. There are no sick days. Your pto will be used in place of sick days. If you call out sick or leave for an emergency you will recieve a point on your record. If you clock in one minute late you get half a point. If you take one minute extra on lunch you receive a half a point. After 5 points you receive a written warning. This is treated the same as a write up and bars you from bidding on new positions and receiving bonuses.
Pay isn't enough for production.
Long 12 hour shifts. Two 15 minute breaks, one 45 minute unpaid lunch.
Yearly raises are very small. No more than 50 cents with an exceeds expectations evaluation.
