      mproves efficiency for Business. The best advantage of any technology is that it increases the efficiency of a business process.

      Cons

      Extreme dependability Expensive Malfunctions The biggest disadvantage of technology is that all are machine driven. And a minor lapse in the functioning can create a situation that cannot be controlled. So, a minor malfunction may cause a complete failure which can cost a human life as well.

      Helpful team members, managers, people overall are ok. MNC, looks good on resume.

      Lack of work life balance, team understaff, ongoing reorg. No time for anything else during work hours. Expect more than what you can cope for your work. Anytime can be asked to leave, especially if you're a contractor during this reorg period. Your job can end up in lower cost country.
