Cons

Unrealistic sales goals. Makes it nearly impossible to reach overachievement bonuses. Novartis is a poor parent company. Too many rules against enterprising ideas. They are afraid to make right decisions. They feel safer saying "NO".

Innovation, world leader in ophthalmic surgical disposable and equipment, outstanding quality, trusted partner

Cons

Politics prevail, no matter how competent and how deep your field of expertise is, your career growth depends only whether you are liked or not by top Management Weak communication, poor HR resources which do not master the tools given by Novartis Does not encourage employees to speak openly, lack of respect towards employees Contradictory guidance given in a day by top Management. React always in emergency instead of anticipating. Numbers are by far more important than customer relation.Customers feel now neglected.
