Pros

Interesting work, nice work place, trees, ducks, and fish.

Cons

Everybody only is concerned about himself and making their manager look good no matter what it takes and at the expense of others. Lies are prevalent, surveys are meaningless, turnover in mgmt frequent. People are humiliated in front of others by sr mgmt. Raises have been very low in the past few years for most employees. Company direction seems to be off balance.

Good hourly employees, with a lot of knowledge of the processes as well as the machinery. Long term employees

Cons

Management has been there to long they were not opened to new technology or new ways of working with the hourly employees. Management and HR were constantly on the opposite sides of the issues.
