      Company is willing to invest in training and development of employees. Sometime too much that lost focus on what is urgent and practical. Company emphasis a lot of integrity and compliance with strong process and management to support it.

      Cons

      cost management overrides human management. Thus losing skills and talents and the current employees need to struggle with the work.
