      Pros

      At Aldevron you will never be bored. There are always new projects to work on, fires to put out and there is a lot to learn. The Madison team is very nice and supportive of each other. Great benefits and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The work is performed at an insane pace. If you cannot handle that, Aldevron is not the place for you.

      In January 2024, there was an immediate termination of 49 employees (the maximum number allowed under federal WARN act without a 60 day notice) with no prior notice and very low severance package. Current employees are worried there would be a second wave of layoff before the March 2025 bonus payoff, which would allow Aldevron to save money on bonus and avoid a 60 day notice once again.
