Excellent learning opportunity for entry level workers.

Cons

It really boils down to pay. This company isn't competitive and is hitting a critical point of hemorrhaging good employees in regards to maintaining quality. Anyone with true talent inevitably gets a higher offer elsewhere. This is notably across all levels of the company.

Great coworkers Intellectually stimulating Great building

Cons

They can do better on their management front. Not everything can be high priority and urgent. Also asking employees to volunteer to work on public holidays not really cool.
