Great to work for Aldevron, a Danaher company. You get the benefits of working for a large company, but get to make an impact and grow your career within a smaller company

Cons

Aldevron isn't for everyone - it's experiencing high growth which requires a certain mindset, but if you're up for a new challenge everyday, it's a great place to work

Decent training, wonderful collaborative environment

Cons

Business division is constantly changing GMP schedules and hours. They are now eliminating second shift for a few departments and taking away the shift differential (25%), but insist we'll have to be flexible and work into evening hours, sans differential. The business side has no idea what goes on in day to day manufacturing.
