      Sincere consideration for work life balance outside of manufacturing. Great benefits (Danaher company). Good mission. Teamwork mentality.

      Cons

      Tough on operators. Semi-Mandatory overtime required. Tough labor at times.

      Good place to start a career in the industry.

      Cons

      There is a cabal of lifers who make most of the promotion decisions. Be ready to bow to their whims and engage in the stange years long political cycles they have going in order to get anywhere. Especially if you are starting low on the totem pole.
