Aldevron is a great company to join if you are looking for career growth and learnings at a life sciences company. It is a fast-paced, high growth company, and that means it isn't for everyone, but if you're someone who enjoys developing processes and continually innovating, this can be the company for you.

Cons

Because of it's high growth, Aldevron is constantly hiring new people. That's great for someone who wants to join the company, but can be a strain on the organization as they are continually training/ramping new hires. This requires associates to have patience and willingness to deal with constant change.

They sometimes buy you lunch to try to make you feel important.

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about people, lots of drama and favoritism. You think there would be lots of advancement opportunities but they hold you in your spot for months before MAYBE switching you to a new position. You can get paid more elsewhere and not have a toxic work environment.
