Pros

Time off was flexible but did not have sick time and if you did not have PTO and get sick you would be forced to use sick time that you would have to pay back and if you get fired or quit you could wind up in debt.

Cons

No sick time, management would tell you one thing like to do something or guide someone in some way to fill out paperwork and change it when there is push back and than go behind your back and and talk bad about you and not back you at all as if they aren't the ones telling you to what to do. There is no support and management did not want to be held accountable for nothing so they would say nothing and let bad things happen.

Pros

Meaningful work, good field, clean and orderly business, treated fine (not good not bad), attempts made by management to listen (yearly surveys)

Cons

The yearly surveys are just buzz, every year I worked there the main complaints were the same and never addressed (need more money, need less pushing, need better communication). Ignored but noted and then never brought up again. Business before people, no sense of loyalty (4 year thank you was a 25 dollar gift card to the company store, no more company group events), always attempting to squeeze every employee to the max (tracking of work times to ensure everyone can do it as fast as possible), good workers forced to take on more work to keep production on time, pushes by management to make production faster on promises made to clients when it wasn't possible, bad quarter = mass layoffs (roughly 5-10% of the company laid off without warning at start of year)

Cons

Management is horrendous and operators are the worst treated employees. Keep cutting people when there’s already not enough
