      Pros

      Its a great company. Great product. Opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Slow to repsond to problems. Poor management and communication. To many upper management crossing their authority over into other departments its confusing to the employees. No one is looking out for the employee.

      It's a good place to start out as they have lots of opportunities and do plenty of hiring of recent college grads

      Cons

      Its a little frustrating starting out as a temp to hire but for the most part you get a full hire relatively quickly
