      Pros

      - Exposure to bio manufacturing especially for people new to work/the industry - Can build good connections outside the company if you are good at what you do or willing to learn - Being a part of Danaher does give some pretty good benefits and perks (discounts, employee purchase plans, etc)

      Cons

      - Lots of unqualified/incompetent people particularly in technical roles and management mostly from being at the company for 8+ years and having no real experience besides Aldevron - Lots of talk is hidden or not brought up to senior management due to incompetent managers being afraid of blame or internal politics - Lapses in manufacturing and some regulatory matters are overlooked a lot of the time - No investment or backing in employees who want to grow or develop skills to do their jobs well

      Nice company, more micromanagement now

      Pros

      Friendly people to work with. Good salary and expectations were fair

      Cons

      My immediate management was poor and things were often unclear. The US side are now more into micromanaging, checking in on emails and calls going out which I didn't enjoy.
