Good benefits, decent work life balance. Company is growing quickly so there is lots of room for growth. Management is good as well.

Cons

Not many pay increases or bonuses. Can be given work overload depending on your job title. Little training in certain areas.

Direct and strong senior leadership - speaking to solutions, not red-tape. How do we..? rather than we can't, because... Opportunities for growth based on positive changes/ improvements and technology. Accountability is a non-negotiable. Work life balance - HR leadership supports and speaks to this often (many times this is up to you - not the company)

Cons

I wouldn't say this a con, but more of a call-out: If you want to be at a 75+ year old agency/ brokerage that does things "the same" or it feels more comfortable - this isn't the place. If you're seeking opportunity, growth and health challenge - you'll have fun and feel accomplished in your work.
