Opportunities for growth professionally, supportive management, collaborative culture.
Cons
poor framework and 5-10 year outlook for overall organization. Leads to disorganization and frequently changing priorities. Regionalization still in infancy and need to pause acquisitions to set up a framework that will be sustainable. no job description (changing job description), benefits could use an overhaul; cost to employees too high and need better network. Wage gap between management (and producers) and those in support positions is inequitable.
