      Really nice place to work. A roll up of more than 100 successful firms who are all interested in working together to make the company strong

      Family like environment, treated respectfully, very autonomous and yet lots of resources available

      Cons

      A little less organized in some areas. Do not have access to all the products in the market and have no truly developed sales management just yet but the people who are there worked their way up, so experience is there and dedication is there, just not in polished. No internal Product Marketing or Development team to assist with creating useful information for distribution. IT support was not easy to access.
