      Pros

      I love helping people and in this job I am able to help people regain their lives. When they get the medical help that they need then they can reclaim their jobs and their active lives. I love my boss and the people I work with. I work in a great team work environment! Everyday someone in the office makes me smile.

      Cons

      They could improve on sending out weekly bonus reporting.

      They are always available to answer questions and help agents. Quality leads, excellent training for agents

      Pros

      A+ training program when you start with the company, and continued training each week (not hoorah training, but actual training that you can use daily). The managers are to-the-point and want everyone to succeed, they can also be fun. Overall a great place especially when compared to other insurance companies.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons as of now, people will complain about anything when it comes to work.
